Workshops for Nurseries & Preschools
Our interactive music workshops offer nurseries and preschools a rich, engaging way to celebrate cultural events, festivals, and stories through high-quality live music.
Designed by a professional musician and qualified teacher, each workshop is carefully formulated to be age-appropriate, inclusive, and closely linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Sessions support learning through play, exploration and participation, giving children the chance to listen to, move with, sing along to, and explore real instruments.
Alongside our Musical Stories and Forage and Create workshops (see below), we can work with your setting to create bespoke workshops themed around:
-
Cultural and seasonal celebrations commonly explored in early years settings (e.g. Diwali, Christmas, Eid, Harvest)
-
Stories and traditional tales, bringing narratives to life through music and sound
-
Curriculum topics, such as transport, animals, weather, emotions or journeys around the world.
Children experience music as something live, social and expressive, supporting confidence, communication and creativity while developing key musical skills.
Curriculum Links and EYFS Alignment
