At Smart Music Education, we believe pricing should be clear, fair, and free from surprises. Every session is tailored to suit your school or organisation, so costs may vary depending on session length, group size, and specific requirements.
Base Rates
For organisations based within 20 miles of our base in Hertfordshire, where no additional travel, accommodation, or specialist equipment is required, we offer clear base rates. These cover the delivery of our standard sessions and will always be outlined upfront.
Additional Costs (Where Applicable)
For bookings outside this area, or where extended travel, accommodation, or additional equipment is necessary, these costs will be discussed in advance and included in your final quote.
Travel
Bookings within 20 miles of Tring are covered by our base rates.
Travel beyond this distance is charged at 45p per mile by road, in line with HMRC guidelines, and will always be agreed in advance and included in your final quote.
We never add unexpected charges after confirmation.
If you have a budget in mind, we’re always happy to talk through options and find a solution that works for you while maintaining the quality and impact of our work.
Short Sessions
Pricing for these sessions is dependent on session length, setting, location and the number of children. Please call, use the contact form or email to discuss your requirements.
As a guide: A 30 minute session for 20 2-3 year olds in a nursery setting would be around £50, dependent on location and requirements.
